A couple months ago the overhead hose mount came off, dropped a few feet, and almost crashed on my car roof. I quickly backed my car out mid-wash, covered in soap and finished in another bay. The mount and upper hose were just hanging there swinging in the night breeze. Luckily I have a lower car, an SUV or pickup would have had some serious damage. I particularly like the amount of wash time for the money vs so many that rip you off.
Used to be good. Unfortunately they do not maintain their equipment and its gone way down hill. No soap on several occasions, and the hand held air dryers are trash.
